- U.S. work authorization required
- at least 18 years of age
- experience in making classic cocktails
- basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract and count change back to customer
- legible handwriting
- strong customer service skills
- oral communication skills
- valid Operator's License

- one year of bartending experience preferred
- wine experience and/or certification preferred
Job Duties
- Take customers' food and drink orders
- ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
- make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer’s order is taken and processed
- process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
- comply with all state and local liquor regulations
- create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
