Job Duties
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes
- Pour wine, liquor and beer
- Monitor costs through accurate pours
- Check identification and serve drinks responsibly
- Anticipate your guest's needs and be alert of guest signals
- Acknowledge guests to let them know you will be right with them
- Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes
- Meet or exceed client service time standards and expectations
- Set up, serve, and clean up serving areas in a timely manner
