  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 1 year related experience
  • Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred
  • Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes
  • Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
  • Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
  • Be friendly, tactful and attentive when working with customers
  • Perform significant walking or other means of mobility
  • Walk or stand for extended periods of time throughout the entire shift
  • Reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
  • Perform repetitive movements
  • Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Carry out other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
