- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year of bartending or related experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be of legal drinking age and comply with licensing laws
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle cash and electronic transactions accurately

- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, depending on business necessities and client requirements
