Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0 - 1 year of related bartending experience
Ability to legally bartend in the state and city of employment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

0 - 1 year of related experience
Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
Holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable with a focus on maintaining a healthy and safe working environment

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
Record all sales, collect money, and operate cash, credit card, or electronic payment registers
Attend scheduled work shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
