Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year of related bartending experience
- Ability to legally bartend in the state and city of employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Qualifications
- 0 - 1 year of related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- Holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a focus on maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, and operate cash, credit card, or electronic payment registers
- Attend scheduled work shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
