- valid bartending license or permit if required by local regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work afternoon and evening shifts on varying days

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, and operate cash, credit card, and electronic payment registers
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, which may vary depending on business necessities and client requirements
