Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year of bartending or related experience
- valid bartending license or permit if required by local laws
- ability to work afternoons and evenings on varying days
- ability to mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
- reliable attendance and punctuality

- ability to mix a wide range of drink recipes correctly
- possess relevant bartending license, certification, or permit if applicable

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
