Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 year of related bartending or customer service experience
- Appropriate bartending license or permit if required by city and state
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, and electronic payment register
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
