Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year of related experience
- ability to obtain bartending license or permit if required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- open availability preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

- reliable with good attendance
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes correctly
- hold appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate cash, credit card, and electronic payment registers
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, differing among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
