Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid bartending license or permit if required by the locality
- ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle money and operate point-of-sale systems
- physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- commitment to punctuality and regular attendance

- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in the city and state where work is performed, if applicable
Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
