Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year of bartending or relevant hospitality experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment operation
- compliance with local licensing and health regulations
- flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, and electronic payment register
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
