Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0 to 1 year of bartending or related experience
Applicable bartending license, certification, or permit if required by law
Availability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the job
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of employment

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
0 to 1 year of related bartending experience
Appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes
Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned, varying among accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
