Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comply with local and state bartending laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe working environment
0 to 1 year of related bartending experience
Hold appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes accurately

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
