Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Comply with local and state bartending laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to a healthy and safe working environment
  • 0 to 1 year of related bartending experience
  • Hold appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
  • Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes accurately

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
  • Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
  • Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
