- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
