Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year of bartending or related experience preferred
- Must hold valid bartender license or certification if required by city/state law
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

- Appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Records all sales, collects money, operates a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
