- ability to provide exceptional customer service
- ability to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the bar
- ability to accurately handle cash and electronic transactions
- punctuality and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
- if applicable, hold valid bartending license or permit relevant to city and state
- students with work hour restrictions should apply for student worker positions
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable with a commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- hold appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, and operate cash, credit card, and electronic payment registers
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
