Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 5 hours
must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school education required
hospitality or related degrees are a plus
minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine including recipes and history
ability to provide excellent guest service
ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

Present drink menu and make recommendations to guests
take orders and promptly serve food and drink
check in with guests regarding their experience
up-sell beverages whenever possible
record drink and food orders accurately into POS
accept and process guest payment with correct change
fill in as a server as directed
maintain inventory and bar supplies
ensure cleanliness of bar area including counters, tables, equipment, and floors
maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally
wash and sterilize glassware as needed
