Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in high-volume Food and Beverage environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to free-pour to recipe and specification
  • extensive knowledge of mixed cocktails and frozen drinks
  • good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills
  • ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
  • ability to complete heavy workload and multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • good judgment and decision making abilities
  • health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness
  • cash handling skills
  • ability to represent the restaurant positively in public and social media
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays, climb stairs and ladders
  • clear communication in English
  • ability to work in changing indoor and outdoor environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 to 2 years serving in a high-volume food and beverage environment or equivalent education and experience
  • must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Constant execution of company standards and policies
  • ensure excellent relations with guests and team members
  • maintain integrity of food and beverage operations
  • comply with and enforce company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
  • provide friendly and personalized service exceeding guest expectations
  • verify legal drinking age and ensure alcohol consumption only in designated areas
  • deliver accurate and timely food and beverage orders
  • communicate and establish rapport with guests
  • resolve guest complaints promptly
  • prepare beverages according to recipes
  • conduct final quality checks before serving
  • ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and safety at the bar
  • complete all opening, running, and closing duties
  • assist in training new staff members
  • maintain inventory and notify management of low stock
  • adhere to responsible alcohol service and safety practices
  • participate in ongoing training
  • maintain high service and quality standards according to brand guidelines
  • other duties as assigned
