Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to state laws

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean bar and service area
  • process payments
  • take and manage inventory of the bar
  • sell and serve food and beverages including alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and coffee
  • ensure guests are served in accordance with state and local guidelines for responsible alcohol service
  • be hospitable and gracious in all guest and associate interactions
  • oversee bar maintenance
  • handle equipment properly including china, glassware, silverware, linen, and props and ensure proper storage
  • maintain behind the scenes area for safe and efficient work practices
  • perform other duties as requested by a supervisor
