Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years experience as a bartender
Must be able to stand for long periods
Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds
Availability to work weekends
Must adhere to all California ABC guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience
Knowledge of California ABC alcohol service laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask effectively
Experience handling cash and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

Prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards
Provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests
Follow California ABC guidelines when serving alcohol
Fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately
Maintain bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
Engage with guests to enhance their experience
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
