Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Must have or be able to acquire a State of Utah food handler's certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must have a valid alcohol server training certification recognized by the Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 1 - 2 years of previous bartending experience required
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet the members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Knowledge of fine wines preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of traditional cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional bar
  • Knowledge of modern cuisines is preferred
  • Completion of assigned opening and closing side work
  • Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • Other duties as assigned or as required to ensure that the members have a positive and above satisfactory dining experience
