Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Must have or be able to acquire a State of Utah food handler's certification within two weeks of employment
- Must have a valid alcohol server training certification recognized by the Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1 - 2 years of previous bartending experience required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Greet the members in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of fine wines preferred
- Thorough knowledge of traditional cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional bar
- Knowledge of modern cuisines is preferred
- Completion of assigned opening and closing side work
- Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management
- complete safety training and certifications
- Other duties as assigned or as required to ensure that the members have a positive and above satisfactory dining experience
