The Lackman is a unique bar experience located in Cincinnati, Ohio, on the first floor of the historic Lackman building, which was originally built by turn-of-the-century brewer Herman Lackman. Job Requirements
- Craft cocktail experience is a must
- Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
- Great communication skills
- Be a good teammate

- Must be proficient with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays

- Prepare and serve craft cocktails and other beverages to guests
- Maintain knowledge of wine and beer styles and serve using appropriate glassware

- Use POS systems proficiently to handle transactions
- Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Uphold alcohol safety standards and company policies
