Job Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years' bartending experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, and wine)
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time
- Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol
- Food Handler Certification
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages consistently adhering to all recipe standards
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed guest service expectations
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions
- Take orders, serve bar patrons, and process payment
- Keep designated service stations clean and organized
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
- Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems
- Conclude the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return
- Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift
