Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to serve alcohol
  • 2+ years of bartending experience in fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol) or willing to obtain
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, bend, maneuver and lift up to 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
  • Advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a polished demeanor
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol)
  • Training available if certification expired or needed
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to serve alcohol
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, bend, maneuver and lift to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and deliver personalized service throughout their visit
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and artistry
  • Maintain expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirit brands, wine varietals, and bar trends
  • Offer recommendations and educate guests on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and seasonal offerings
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization always
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and operate a POS system efficiently
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws
