Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to serve alcohol
- 2+ years of bartending experience in fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol) or willing to obtain
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, maneuver and lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
- Excellent communication and people skills with a polished demeanor
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol)
- Training available if certification expired or needed
- Ability to multitask, stay composed, and work efficiently under pressure
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, maneuver and lift to 50lbs
Job Duties
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and deliver personalized service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and artistry
- Maintain expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirit brands, wine varietals, and bar trends
- Offer recommendations and educate guests on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and seasonal offerings
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization always
- Maintain accurate cash handling and operate a POS system efficiently
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws
