Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- working knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine and beer
- working knowledge of most common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- alcohol server certification
- ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- ability to lift 20 lbs over head
- ability to use point of sale system, computer, calculator and credit card machine
- availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks

- commitment to providing high quality member and guest experience
- ability to use point of sale system and electronic input system
Job Duties
- Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes approved by the Beverage Manager
- issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system
- maintain daily inventory of liquors, beers, wines and tobacco, including tracking drinks and liquors in greatest demand to ensure stock maintenance
- stock additional supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness in bar area including cleaning equipment and keeping glasses polished
- follow proper procedures for opening and closing duties to ensure bar readiness
- support all club venues and events with quality beverage service
