Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- minimum of 3 years bartending experience
- ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to work in environments with noise and heat

Job Duties
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
- ensure that fruit and other garnishes are prepared
- prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
- report complaints to a manager as soon as they occur
- maintain and clean bar area and equipment
- maintain daily inventory and records
- check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
- assist food servers and hostesses as needed
