Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of bar safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to handle cash and payment processing accurately
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
- Must be able to obtain any necessary certifications or permits
- Willingness to work a team-oriented environment

- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- accurately answer guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice
- Perform other duties as assigned
