Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and some holidays
  • Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching frequently
  • Able to work in conditions including wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise
  • Maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years prior bartending experience
  • ServSafe Management certification
  • Allergen certification
  • Basset certification
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to great guest service
  • Capable of performing calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Hard-working team player

Job Duties

  • Represent Tapville's core values
  • Deliver five-star service by serving food, alcohol, and beverages in measured quantities and exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation including bar seating, food service, and dining areas
  • Serve responsibly and comply with local alcohol regulations including age verification
  • Take orders from guests and Dining Ambassadors, process payments, and prepare garnishes
  • Practice suggestive up-selling techniques to highlight beverage menu offerings
  • Execute brand-specific operating procedures
  • Manage bar supplies and verify quality and accuracy of deliveries
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
