Job Duties

  • Represent Tapville's core values
  • Deliver five-star service by serving food, alcohol, and other beverages in measured quantities and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station including bar seating and dining areas
  • Serve responsibly and comply with all local alcohol regulations including age verification
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and Dining Ambassadors, accept payment, and prepare garnishes
  • Practice suggestive up-selling techniques to promote beverage offerings
  • Execute Tapville Social brand operating procedures
  • Manage alcoholic beverages and bar supplies, verify deliveries
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
