Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older due to state restrictions
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Relevant experience related to bartending duties
  • Or any similar combination of education and experience
  • Polished, professional appearance and presentation
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Organizational and coordination skills to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure supplies are adequate
  • Acquire and stock additional supplies maintaining proper par levels
  • Follow setup procedures
  • Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
  • Greet members and guests warmly
  • Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes
  • Ring in beverages accurately through POS and obtain signatures when applicable
  • Report complaints to management promptly
  • Maintain and clean bar area and equipment
  • Perform closing duties including securing product and locking the bar
  • Attend staff meetings and pre-shift line-ups
  • Serve drinks to lounge table guests in absence of a server
  • Practice beverage and revenue control procedures
  • Follow all laws and club policies on alcoholic beverage service
  • Regularly inspect service areas and equipment to ensure sanitation and safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned
