Job Duties
- Provide menu knowledge and suggest drink options to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
- comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations to ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- practice safe alcohol service by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety
- engage with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- maintain a clean and adequately stocked bar area
- additional duties as assigned
