Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- working knowledge of bar related beverages, spirits, wine and beer
- knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 20 lbs overhead
- capable of using point of sale system, computer, calculator, credit card machine
- able to work under high customer volume
- commitment to providing excellent Member and Guest experience
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- working knowledge of bar related beverages including spirits, wine, and beer
- understanding of common cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks
- passion for exceeding Member expectations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in a courteous and professional manner
- provide an outstanding level of service enhancing the overall experience for Members and Guests
- maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar at all times
- adhere to all stocking, cleaning, and operational procedures to ensure bar readiness
- manage customer transactions using point of sale systems
- monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
