Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience
- knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine and beer
- knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- alcohol server certification
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift 20 lbs overhead
- proficiency with point of sale system, computer, calculator, credit card machine
- ability to work in high customer volume environment

Job Duties
- Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes approved by the Beverage Manager
- issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system
- maintain daily inventory of liquors, beers, wines, and tobacco, including tracking drinks and liquors in greatest demand to ensure stock maintenance, stocking additional supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness in bar area including cleaning equipment and keeping glasses polished
