Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Basic understanding of food pairing and wine knowledge
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and training
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Educate guests about menu items, cocktails, and wine offerings
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
