Job Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly in English
walk and stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 60 lbs
rate cash register and/or POS/TMX system and make correct change

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years old to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate
must have friendly and outgoing personality and demeanor
must be a problem solver and keep calm under pressure
able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
able to perform physical requirements

Job Duties

Mix ingredients to prepare drinks according to procedure and restaurant specifications
serve draft and bottled beer, wine, and liquor
greet guests within one minute of being seated
work in a team environment and communicate well with guests and fellow team members
introduce yourself by name and use suggestive selling
serve food and beverages courteously and in a timely manner
provide responsible alcohol service adhering to company and legal policies
ring in orders accurately and timely
seat guests and answer the phone when host staff are unavailable
pre-bus tables and follow full hands in and out policy
run food, refill beverages, and complete side work
perform correct and timely cash outs
bus and reset tables efficiently
maintain general cleanliness of floors, restrooms, doors, and windows
complete side work duties
observe guests and report concerns to management
give sincere final greetings and invite guests to return
