Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years bartending in a high-end bar or restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong spirits, wine, and beer knowledge
- Basic math and computer skills
- Positive, engaging personality
- Professional appearance
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Able to work in a club/nightlife atmosphere with loud music and flashing lights
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must have TAM card or the ability to secure one before the first shift
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Successful background check clearance prior to hire
- Candidates must have valid work authorization for the US

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and offer them the options for drinks
- Exceed guest expectations and making their night more fun
- Mix ingredients and garnish glasses according to established recipes
- Actively engage in our antiracist commitment and internal practices by participating in offered learnings, engaging in conversations around equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, and helping us maintain a safe and welcoming workspace
- Create a work environment which promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
- Plan drink menus and inform team members about new beverages and specials
- Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
- Take inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accurate charges and change
- Balance the cash register
- Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Perform all aspects of opening and closing duties
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
