Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year restaurant or bartending experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws
  • satisfactory completion of pre-employment drug screening

  • satisfactory background check per TSA regulations

Job Duties

  • Check identification of each guest to confirm legal drinking age
  • serve alcohol and non-alcohol related beverages
  • plan and present bar menu
  • take and submit food orders
  • assess guest needs and make recommendations
  • maintain overall bar and utensil cleanliness
  • stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • prepare drink garnishment
  • arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays
  • handle cash and balance receipts
  • limit problems related to guests' excessive drinking by intervening appropriately
  • comply with food and beverage regulations
  • protect establishment by adhering to safety and sanitation policies
  • assist guests in selecting food and beverages
  • serve orders and respond to additional guest requirements
  • obtain revenues by totaling charges and handling payments
  • stay updated on menu choices and kitchen stock
  • perform basic bar cleaning tasks
  • contribute to team efforts
  • conclude dining experience by inviting guests to return
