Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
must be of legal age to serve alcohol
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area
mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the dining room
keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
