Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- knowledge of beverage preparation and bar inventory management
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- be friendly, helpful, and courteous when dealing with guests
- responsible for monies in the coin banks
- prepare orders taken from cocktail staff and guests
- keep inventory of stock in assigned bar
- notify barback when supplies are low
- prepare cut fruit, condiments, etc.
- perform related duties as required
