Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to count money and change correctly
- Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded or noisy environment
- Physically able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical movements such as push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance
- Employee could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke

Job Duties
- Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
- Serving as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- Appears in publicity photos
- Promoting casino events and programs
- Providing personalized service and uses guest name
- Resolving service problems according to guidelines
- Providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
- Preparing and pouring drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- Communicating with beverage servers and presenting drinks to guests or servers as required
- Slicing and pitting fruit as required
- Operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils according to established guidelines and safety procedures
- Operating a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amount into the register and giving correct change
- Accounting for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedures
- Maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- Working well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
- Maintaining a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines
