Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- minimum 2 years in a bartender role
- basic understanding of food handling and safety practices
- experience working with Toast POS system preferred
- extensive liquor/wine knowledge
- craft cocktail knowledge preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- strong attention to detail
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience
- From introducing our concept to new guests to taking their orders and giving recommendations when needed, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences and keep guests coming back for more
- Become knowledgeable about dishes/cocktails in order to offer recommendations to guests
- Take orders for guests who dine at the bar
- Make cocktails based on order
- Assist with stocking bar, ensuring batches are always fresh, slicing garnishes
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members
