Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Three plus years experience as a restaurant bartender in a high-volume bar
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to work extended and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to understand and follow specialty cocktail recipes
- Maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
- Knowledge of bar tools with ability to use jiggers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparations and guest relations
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds regularly
- MAST and Food Handler's permit
Job Qualifications

- Three or more years’ experience as a restaurant bartender in a high-volume bar with a craft cocktail program
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to work extended hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to understand and follow specialty cocktail recipes
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standard
- Knowledge of bar tools, especially for measurements of alcohol
- utilizing jiggers is mandatory
- Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and execution of service
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- MAST and Food Handler's permit required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as ordered and consistent with the restaurants standard drink recipes
- Accept guest payment and process credit card charges
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Greet guests, take food and beverage orders from guests, and record orders accurately into the Point of Sale system
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation, promotion of beverages, and attractive displays
- Perform all opening, closing, and cleaning procedures as indicated in the Employee Training Manual
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the Food and Beverage manager
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, promotions, and events
- Maintain a clean and organized working area, including behind the bar and all storage areas
- Provide guidance to guests concerning general Seattle attraction information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Set-up bar, prepare and serve beverages to guests during an event
