Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- maintain a current TABC Certification
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol sale and service regulations

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- wear proper uniform while in work areas
- maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift
- prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. according to proper procedures
- assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu
- handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate any questions or issues to management promptly
- collaborate with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up the team for next shift success
- practice proper sanitation procedures and comply with regulations regarding alcohol sales and service
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures
- restock the service bar with liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, mixers, fruit, and equipment before shift ends
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and comps
- clean and maintain all necessary equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately to supervisor
- possess complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and mixing recipes
