Job Duties
- lead and direct the front of house staff during your shift
- serve guests in a friendly manner
- attending to the needs of each individual
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
- responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
- request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
- clean glassware and stock bar with the appropriate amount of glasses
- other responsibilities that may be assigned
