- valid Utah DABC alcohol serving permit
- valid Utah food handler permit or ability to obtain
- previous bartending experience

Job Duties
- Follow all Utah DABC laws and food safety standards
- take food and beverage orders, both at the bar and from lounge tables
- serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and service standards
- deliver food orders to guests and support smooth table service when needed
- maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
- manage guest interactions with professionalism and warmth
- handle unexpected rushes with confidence
- assist with inventory and closing duties
