Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Bartender certification or alcohol service training as required by state or local law
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to hotel brand mixology standards
  • Deliver friendly, attentive service at the bar and to restaurant guests
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at the bar
  • Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service policies
  • Accurately process guest orders and payments through POS system
  • Greet guests and deliver exceptional service
  • Take and serve orders with accuracy, efficiency, and hospitality
  • Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to elevate the dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables and service stations
  • Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery
