Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food menu, drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items such as kegs or cases of alcohol
- A positive, outgoing, friendly attitude
- Professional and neat personal appearance
- This position requires evening and weekend availability
- Bartenders should be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- Mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Creating new drink recipes and adapting to customer preferences
- Upselling drinks such as recommending premium liquors or special cocktails
- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking and processing drink orders
- Engaging with patrons by providing recommendations and answering questions
- Handling multiple drink orders and customer requests simultaneously
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Regularly cleaning and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Processing payments and handling customer tabs responsibly
- Monitoring alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service
- Restocking bar supplies and tracking inventory levels
- Complying with all local and state alcohol regulations including ID checks
