Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food menu, drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- A positive, outgoing, friendly attitude
- Professional and neat personal appearance
- This position requires evening and weekend availability
- Bartenders should be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- Mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Creating new and exciting drink recipes and adapting to customer preferences
- Upselling premium liquors and special cocktails to increase revenue
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking drink orders
- Engaging with patrons by providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu
- Handling multiple drink orders and customer requests simultaneously
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area and regularly sanitizing glassware and utensils
- Processing payments accurately and managing customer tabs
- Monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
- Monitoring and restocking bar supplies including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Following all local and state alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and preventing service to underage or intoxicated customers
