Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beer and wine
- Create new and exciting drink recipes and adapt to customer preferences
- Suggest premium liquors or special cocktails to increase sales
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and take drink orders
- Handle multiple drink orders and customer requests simultaneously
- Keep the bar area clean and well-organized and sanitize glassware and utensils
- Process payments provide accurate change and manage customer tabs
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring consumption and checking IDs
- Monitor and restock bar supplies and report inventory shortages
- Follow all local and state alcohol regulations
