- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food menu, drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items such as kegs or cases of alcohol
- Positive, outgoing, friendly attitude
- Professional and neat personal appearance
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- Mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, beer and wine
- Upselling and increasing revenue through suggestive selling
- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking and processing drink orders
- Engaging with patrons by providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
- Stocking and monitoring bar inventory
- Complying with all local and state alcohol regulations
